This page lists current bylaws (regulations) of the Lund Waterworks District. The bylaws, as enacted over time, have been filed with and approved by the BC Government Ministry responsible for overseeing Improvement Districts. A bylaw is deemed to be valid unless it is set aside by a Court of competent jurisdiction, is declared invalid by a Provincial statue, or has been repealed or amended by the board of trustees (or the Receiver).
